As Business Development Representatives at IGT Glass Hardware, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be expected to research and analyze potential markets, develop relationships with potential customers, and create sales strategies to increase revenue. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining customer databases, tracking customer interactions, and providing customer service. Additionally, you will be expected to attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential customers. You will also be responsible for providing feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

A successful Business Developer must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as they are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and generating new business opportunities. Additionally, a strong understanding of the industry and market trends is crucial to stay ahead of competitors. Being creative and innovative in developing new products and strategies is also important. Analytical skills are key in identifying areas for growth and developing pricing and marketing strategies. Lastly, a business developer at IGT Glass Hardware must possess strong leadership and project management skills to effectively manage teams and drive projects forward.

Bachelors degree or equivalent preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is required.
3+ years of experience is preferred.
Commuting might be necessary.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
High-energy with a sense of urgency and adaptability.
Strong ability to collaborate. Business relationship building skills along with a laser focused customer service understanding.
Articulate, persuasive communicator, with the ability to foster an engaging environment.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written; proficiency in English and Spanish required.
Self-starter, advanced problem solver and critical thinker.
Advanced computer skills required: MS Office Suite, Google, SAP, ShipStation, or other related platforms preferred.

Working Conditions

The normal work environment is typical of a store/office. This position requires travel more than 20% of the time.
The incumbent is routinely required to sit, stand, walk, lift, touch, see, and hear.
The incumbent might be traveling and driving long distances for long periods of time.
The incumbent is routinely required to utilize computers.
