Job Description

Title: Machinist
Location: Tukwila, WA
Hire Type: Contract to Hire
Salary: $26+/hr. (based on experiance)

Job Duties:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Index Multispindle machines for efficient production in a Medium- High Volume facilities
  • Identify and propose solutions for optimizing work methods and performance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and completing necessary documentation.
  • Completed PCC Corporate Safety Training program.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as CNC Lathe Operator
  • Ability to set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes for high-volume production (100+ units).
  • Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning & tolerances with proficiency in using various measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret and modify basic CNC programs using G & M codes (CNC code)
  • Experience with Siemens controls
  • experience with Index Multispindle machines, Haas Lathes, Index Lathes, and screw machines.
