As a Collections Supervisor, you will oversee a full-time Collections team in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. You will facilitate the daily operational responsibilities of the Loan Servicing Collections Team. Compensation: $62,500 annually
Work Location: Hybrid- Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities:
Proficiently manage tracking of collections, loss mitigation negotiations, and charge-off recovery.
Manage and facilitate loan modifications, debt settlement processing, and revisions of charged-off loan repayment plans.
Meticulous attention to detail in monitoring adherence to bankruptcy filing requirements and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline loss mitigation processes, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced turnaround time.
Assist in the development and establishment of Standard Operating Procedures.
Conduct interviews, assist with onboarding, and effectively train new hires, imparting collections best practices to ramp up production.
Manage a high-performance team while closely monitoring agents' performance, analyzing data, and providing constructive feedback.
Ensure effective utilization of customer communication channels, phone, text, email, and chat for optimal collections performance.
Ability to assist the team with all collections and recovery processes to ensure productivity.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in collections, loss mitigation, and recovery.
Excellent knowledge base of collections, loss mitigation, and recovery protocols.
Excellent team mentoring and leadership skills.
