Jones Networking is recruiting for a Mortgage Servicing Specialist to join a Residential Mortgage Lending Company in Reston, VA. Mortgage Servicing Specialist Position Summary: -Respond to customer service questions related to the subservicing of the mortgage portfolio and assist with inquiries related to home loan servicing activities of Sub-servicer. -Obtain documents for Sub-Servicer on paid-in-full contracts. -Interact with Sub-servicer to facilitate the resolution of customer issues related to loan servicing such as payments, tax & insurance issues, including; loss claims, payoff / releases and financial hardship. -Maintain Servicing Oversight spreadsheets in Excel and work in other company databases to obtain scanned documents and track progress. -Provide support to the Servicing Oversight Manager as requested. -Research and provide documents for Compliance requests, CEMA requests and other Servicing related Items.

Qualifications Summary: -Minimum one year experience servicing mortgage loan contracts desired. -Basic understanding of mortgage documents and processes on the servicing side. -Strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service. -Strong organizational and analytical skills. -Successful ability to work collaboratively with peers, managers, and customers in a team environment to attain common goals. -Ability to multitask on various items while meeting timelines and deadlines. -Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. -High school diploma or equivalent, college degree a plus.
