Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, banking associates, construction collaborators, and the community to sustain existing partnerships and attract new clientele.
  • Oversee the loan process, ensuring compliance with terms, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Work alongside industry specialists to gather and organize all necessary documentation for the underwriting phase.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction experience.
  • Achieve and exceed production goals by managing an active loan pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities, and sound decision-making skills.
  • Comply with lending regulations, bank underwriting standards, and lending practices.
  • Experience with loan origination software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, as well as proficiency in Office Suite, is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with various loan products including FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable rate, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
  • A minimum of several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending is required.
