Job Overview

Compensation:

$150,000 - $250,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, banking professionals, builders, and the broader community to secure ongoing and new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the loan process by tracking loan progress, ensuring compliance with terms, and adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with industry professionals to collect and prepare all essential documentation for underwriting processes.
  • Engage with clients, realtors, processors, and underwriters to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Surpass production benchmarks by maintaining a robust pipeline of active loans.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adhere to lending regulations and bank underwriting standards.
  • Familiarity with loan origination software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, as well as proficiency in Office Suite is highly desirable.
  • Possess knowledge of various loan types, including FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA, FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
  • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending is essential.
