The ideal candidate will have an active Certified Medicine Aide Certification and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required. The ability to work a variety of shifts, including 12-hour shifts, is also essential. In this role, you will be responsible for providing residents with medication administration according to their physician's orders, supervising residents who self-administer medication, reporting any noted changes in resident's physical or mental condition to nursing staff, and performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
