Accelerate the coordination of efforts needed to develop service contracts and drive internal senior management to obtain wins and concentrate on service accounts. Act as the liaison between the company and select clients, ensuring that all client questions, concerns, or requests are relayed to the appropriate individual or department and managed through to conclusion. Must communicate effectively across industry and/or customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations. Must have the ability to work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally. Develop and execute account strategies and activities for specified accounts. Networking and developing relationships with prospects. Handling Customer Liaison & Account Management. Managing the company's Reliability Sales Cycle - Planning, developing, and executing sales strategies to meet regional budgets. Travel on a regular basis through the assigned territory to support clients' needs and understand their objectives. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information relating to current client projects and delivery. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in computer skills with Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems using Aspire and Salesforce. Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Education/Certificates: Three years of related experience preferred. Bilingual Fluent Spanish preferred. Valid Texas Driver's license. Irrigation Inspection license.
