Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with commercial clients in the North Bay, becoming their trusted advisor for landscape solutions.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and secure upsell opportunities within the existing client base, leveraging your knowledge of the region's unique landscape needs.
  • Client Retention: Proactively address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (operations, sales, etc.) to deliver exceptional service and results.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and the specific landscape challenges and opportunities in the North Bay.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of successful experience in commercial landscape account management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial landscape services and best practices.
  • Client-Focused: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a strong client-centric approach.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required).
