Growth Services Inc is in search of the right candidate to join our growing team in the role of Operations Manager.  This is a salaried position involving both field and office duties. The candidate will be essential in maintaining a streamlined operation in which safety, quality, and efficiency are top priorities.

 

Responsibilities to include:

·         Management of all aspects of landscape operations for multiple maintenance, enhancement, and irrigation crews

·         Serve as the primary contact for internal account managers to proactively lead and facilitate the resolution of operational concerns

  • Address property maintenance issues and enhancement requests to ensure complete customer satisfaction and sustained, long-term, loyal relationships
  • Assume responsibility for scheduling, labor budgets, and completion of contracted scopes of work.
  • Work with the Production Managers to ensure irrigation crews complete monthly checks and repairs
  • Responsible for managing all enhancement work through coordination of materials and manpower
  • Recruit and train crew leaders and field team members to fulfill growing sales objectives. Hiring and management responsibility over all production team members

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Texas driver's license is required
  • 3 or more years as a Production Manager or Operations Manager in the landscape industry
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Aspire Software experience
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including high temperatures, rain, and cold
