You will be leading a high performing team, serving as the trusted business partners to the business focused on profitable growth for services. This role interacts with business units across the company including segment services organization and component groups. You will play a crucial role in ensuring standardization of approach to aftermarket parts investment analysis and enabling success in achieving our enterprise services growth targets. What You Will Do: Providing business analysis support with enterprise perspective by assisting the business in establishing target costs, new product introduction analysis, new services development, investment analysis, sourcing analysis, go-to-market strategies and product price strategies Guide business units on standardized approach to aftermarket parts investment analysis and ensure compliance to EP5:04 Provide oversight to the Parts Present Value analyses for all Cat Brand Machine and Engine NPI programs at each Gateway Publish and maintain Parts Present Value used for profitability analysis and reporting Serve as process owner for services growth portfolio tracking tool Aftermarket Mission Control Champion Global Finance Services transformation initiatives Effectively lead a diverse team, focused on proper talent development, succession planning, performance management and target setting.
