Responsabilidades del Rol:

  • Asistir al Director de Finanzas y Operaciones en la gestión de las funciones financieras y administrativas del departamento de contabilidad.
  • Supervisar y delegar tareas al equipo de facturación.
  • Colaborar con otros gerentes de departamento y líderes ejecutivos para alcanzar objetivos estratégicos.
  • Actuar como enlace entre clientes, proveedores y equipos internos para asegurar la entrega oportuna de cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar.
  • Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con clientes y proveedores.
  • Generar informes que conecten con la alta dirección.
  • Gestionar y facilitar las auditorías financieras y las declaraciones fiscales de la empresa.
  • Estar al tanto de los cambios en las normativas contables y comunicarlos a las partes relevantes.

Requisitos de Educación y Calificaciones:

  • Título universitario en negocios y/o más de 5 años de experiencia en un rol similar.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de organización y atención al detalle.
  • Ética laboral sólida y un historial de asistencia positiva.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de oficina y cumplir con los estándares de conducción de la empresa.
  • Conocimientos en software contable y CRM, preferiblemente en Service Titan.
