WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will ensure product quality and process reliability, taking into account the factors of time and cost in the manufacturing industry.

You will analyze the quality in the company, assess it and initiate improvement measures if necessary.

You will already be involved in the design and development phase in order to exclude defects from the outset and keep risks as low as possible.

You will drive our customers supplier'scontinuous development program in support of quality, delivery, and cost performance metrics.

You will evaluate and approve suppliers' manufacturing process capability on-site to ensure product quality satisfies with ongoing production.

You will review incoming products to assess quality, conduct assessments, and tests to identify recurring errors or quality standard issues.

You will provide technical guidance for process enhancement, overhaul production, and manufacturing elements.

WHO YOU ARE

You have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or similar quality.

You display advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.

You are detail oriented.

You have strong organizational and excellent communication skills, especially when interfacing with customers and their suppliers.

You are characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working in a fast-paced environment; you have quick perception and a high business acumen; you motivate others, drive collaboration, and resolve conflicts quickly.

You also meet the standard blah-blah: your English skills are very good, and you are potentially fluent in an additional language (German is a plus); you work well in a team but also on your own; you know your way around MS Office; you are communicative; you have a high level of presentation skills and are highly flexible.

You are willing to travel.

You are authorized to work in the U.S.
