This position will office out of our Plymouth or Litchfield location

and would have the opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days per week. Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that covers all channels and platforms, including print, digital, website, email, social media, and mail. You will also track and analyze the performance of the marketing campaigns and report on the outcomes. You will work closely with the bank staff, especially the lending team and the marketing committee, to ensure alignment and consistency of the brand voice and message. Education & Experience

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the banking or financial sector Experience creating and managing website and social media content. Experience planning and executing marketing events and campaigns. Experience using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc. Basic graphic design skills (Adobe) (preferred, but not required) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A creative and analytical mindset A collaborative and customer-oriented attitude A self-motivated and independent work ethic A willingness to travel occasionally between the three locations.
