Oversee content strategy and planning, managing the development of content for blogs, promotional materials, client communications, website, and social media to enhance brand reputation.


Lead the creation and implementation of thought leadership and expert campaigns to establish Power Design and its executives as industry leaders.

Manage outreach strategies for customers, partners, and vendors, executing related initiatives.


Collaborate on the development and execution of social media strategies and advocacy campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals.

Engage in corporate stewardship and community relations efforts related to brand visibility and business strategy.

Support the execution of media relations strategies and initiatives as needed.


Guide team members in executing established strategies and building campaigns to maintain the brand image and sentiment of Power Design.

Qualifications...

A Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field is essential.


5-8 years of prior experience in public relations, marketing, content creation, or communications is required.


Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in AP Style, are mandatory.


Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Sprout Social, Cision, Microsoft Office, Canva, etc., is highly recommended.


Ability to conduct long-term strategic planning for organizational effectiveness and a proven track record of executing strategic plans.


Exhibit a strong sense of urgency, responsiveness, and professionalism in all tasks and communications.


Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects with shifting priorities.
