Simply Organic Beauty is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist who will be pivotal in crafting and executing sophisticated paid digital strategies across Google, Meta and Programmatic channels to grow our brands. This role demands an individual with substantial expertise in digital marketing and campaign strategy, preferably within the hair and beauty industry and/ or consumer packaged goods. 


Our ideal candidate loves digital marketing, strategy, data, Google Analytics, and discussing the ever-changing landscape of Meta ads, Google ads, SEO, etc. with like-minded marketers. In this position, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns, monitor performance, and communicate results with clients. We are looking for a strategic thinker and a natural marketer looking to help grow our audiences. 


Department: Marketing, reporting to the VP of Marketing.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (Hybrid work schedule)



Responsibilities:


  • Strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns spanning diverse ad channels (social media, programmatic, SEM, SEO, content marketing, etc.).
  • Perform quality control and campaign execution analysis of all executed campaigns to ensure accurate delivery of client campaigns.
  • Familiarity and ability to implement recommended campaign optimizations based on performance data.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Perform analysis of Digital Marketing related performance analytics and other data sets to determine campaign delivery, performance trends, conversion rates, or other key success metrics to report/communicate regularly to ensure objectives are met.
  • Regularly furnish executive summary performance reports to internal stakeholders, spotlighting campaign outcomes and demonstrating the value of our services.
  • Leverage analytics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and furnish data-driven recommendations for refining our digital offerings.
  • Supervise digital marketing budgets, guaranteeing the efficient and accurate execution of campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliation of digital marketing campaigns to ensure accurate budget management and spend pacing.



Qualifications:


  • This is an on-site and in-office hybrid position. This candidate will work in-office at our Downtown St. Petersburg location three days a week alongside the larger marketing team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Public Relations highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in digital marketing, accompanied by a proven history of orchestrating and executing regional and local marketing strategies.
  • Confident experience working directly within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms, and the ability to set up ads from scratch.
  • Solid comprehension of diverse digital marketing channels, including web design, content marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems.
  • Strong analytical prowess, coupled with a data-centric approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated history of budget management and the delivery of outcomes within budget constraints.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capability to articulate intricate concepts to internal stakeholders with confidence.
  • A passion for marketing, coupled with a creative mindset and a readiness to remain informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Team player with a collaborative, can-do, and yet humble mindset that is results-driven.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in AI and digital marketing and related usage models. 
  • A passion for clean beauty and a commitment to conservation and sustainability, along with a thirst to constantly seek and learn about cutting-edge industry trends and tools. 
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
