The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a vital role, reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, and is crucial for long-term business growth. With exceptional business acumen and interpersonal skills, the BDM influences internal teams and serves as the product sales expert, driving industry expertise and leadership. Responsibilities include building relationships, product training, pricing strategies, and participating in trade shows and innovation initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or engineering Competitive and open-minded professional Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) Proven success in sales and promotion in a dealer environment Strong analytical and budgeting skills Exceptional time management and results orientation Effective communication and presentation skills Track record of driving substantial sales growth Expertise in business and sales growth techniques Exceptional project management abilities Enthusiastic about company growth Strong negotiation and networking skills Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in sales.
