The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication and customer service skills.Essential Job FunctionsReconciliation of past due accountsRun weekly rejected report for open invoices and POsAssist with vendor record maintenanceLearn additional Accounts Payable tasks and functions within the teamDutiesSkilled at solving problems and dealing with a variety of options with limited informationAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule formGood knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook softwareComfortable with IT systemsJob RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing a degree in Accounting or similar fieldRising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior statusLanguage requirements: English, required; French, helpfulOrganized and a quick learnerProfessional, positive demeanor requiredAttention to detailSelf-motivatedTime management skillsAbility to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasksWe operate with No Ego and No Arrogance.
