Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role. Ability to stay calm, patient and professional at all times. Strong leadership skills with a proven record of motivating staff. About Once Upon a Child in Brighton: Once Upon a Child is a franchise kids resale store. Each store is independently owned and operated. Our store is proud to buy thousands of gently used kids' items from the public and sell them at a great value price to our customers. Our employees enjoy a work culture that promotes organization, while having fun and making sure our customers are taken care of before all else.

A full-time employee works a minimum of 32 hours per week and will receive paid vacation time after working one year at the store. All employees have a 20-30% off discount on items in the store. Occasional bonuses and other perks. Employees can also take advantage of a casual dress code, major holidays off and comfortable store atmosphere with family values.
