Salary: $60K to $75K

Job Description:

Curately.ai is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales of our SaaS sourcing technology to talent acquisition and HR organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with HR professionals and decision-makers, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Curately.ai's technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand Curately.ai's presence in the talent acquisition and HR market.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts within talent acquisition and HR organizations, including large enterprises, mid-sized companies, and HR technology partners.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to understand prospective clients' sourcing challenges and demonstrate how Curately.ai's SaaS technology can address their needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral to support sales efforts and generate leads within the talent acquisition and HR market.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers within target organizations, outlining the value proposition and benefits of partnering with Curately.ai.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring favorable agreements for both Curately.ai and the client.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process, providing ongoing support and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the talent acquisition and HR space.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on selling technology solutions or services to talent acquisition and HR organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the talent acquisition and HR industry, including knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing strategies, and HR technology trends.
  • Strong network of contacts within the talent acquisition and HR community, particularly among HR professionals, talent acquisition managers, and HR technology partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
