Materials Manager

Responsibilities
- Build Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop Leaders: Cultivate future leaders within the Materials team.
- Share Updates: Communicate important materials updates and decisions to various levels in the organization, including Leadership.
- Master Production Schedule (MPS): Conduct weekly production meetings to review progress against plan
- Manage supplier performance process.
- Manage the warehouse processes.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree
- At least 10 years of manufacturing in DoD(Department of Defense) environments.
- Master Schedule.
- Highly experienced in working in ERP systems and be very strong in Excel skills.
- Wore multiple hats Master Scheduling, Buyers, Planners, Schedulers and the Warehouse.
- Leadership experience and an ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders in the business.
- Strong verbal communication/interaction skills and will work with the Operations Manager, warehouse, accounting, and manufacturing floor.
- Understand FAR/DFAR/ITAR
- Effective Collaboration and Conflict Resolution Skills
- Strong Understanding of Supplier Contracts
- Continuous Improvement and Cost Reduction
- Proficient at Collaborating Across Departments
- Familiarity with U.S. government export tools (e.g., ACE Secure Data Portal)
