The Opportunity:

As HKA continues to grow, our next step is to bring on a Sr. Billing Administrator to the finance team on a hybrid working schedule, with the expectation of 1+ days in office per week. In this role, you'll handle engagement administration, invoicing, and ERP administration and a multitude of related projects. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking skills and a professional demeanor. Highlighted Responsibilities include:
  • Project administration and client contract management within ERP systems, including setting up new engagements and updating system as necessary.
  • Preparation and distribution of client invoices.
  • Uploading invoices to the ERP system and any client specific electronic billing systems.
  • Accounts receivable follow-up, management and reporting.
  • Playing a key role in system administration, including setting up new systems and tools with the team and collaborating to establish processes and best practices.
Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of professional Billing experience and the ability to troubleshoot, research and identify errors effectively within all areas of the Billing process
  • 1+ years of experience using LEDES Billing Software; Experience with a variety of ERP systems (e.g., Deltek Vantagepoint CRM and/or Accounting)
  • Ability to work in office 1+ days per week
  • A working style of being well organized and strong attention to fine detail
  • A background of professional experiences communicating and working with members of organizations at all level from C-Suite to Intern, as well as clients and other external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with a service environment where priorities and deadlines require active attention and strategy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with personnel from all levels across the firm.
