Who we serve: Our population is comprised of children form ages 6 to 22, with autism and other neurological differences, emotional, learning, developmental, and intellectual disabilities, as well as other impairments. 8:1 ratios for student to Teachers/Support Staff. What we are looking for: A Treatment Specialist to p

rovide support and case management to Charterhouse School students and their families. Identify behavioral goals in collaboration with the student, family, school team, and other service providers. Lead the school-wide effort to build and maintain a safe academic space. Manage the school’s response to challenging behaviors to insure collaborative, restorative practices. What you will need: Master’s degree in social work, counseling or related field. Two to three years of experience working with youth or families. Experience in a school setting preferred.
