Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for multiple properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Collaborate with the asset management team to develop property budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for financial improvements. Conduct cost-benefit analysis for capital expenditures and investment decisions and provide input to Project Business Analyst. Assist with the preparation of yearly budgets and quarterly forecasting. Requirements Strong knowledge of project accounting concepts, including the percentage of completion accounting techniques. Solid experience tracking down the right data and figures and digging into large amounts of data to get to the bottom of tricky financial problems. An ability and drive to go the extra mile and persistence to be able to present recommendations. Must have a demonstrated hands-on approach and success in working in a team-based environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.
