Senior Property Manager

 

Rapidly-growing real estate company seeks experienced, highly motivated on-site manager to lease up and manage a brand new 85 unit apartment building near Rampart Village.

Due to the competitive salary and benefits, the leasing bonuses and the heavily discounted apartment we offer, this is an opportunity to work really hard for a defined period of time and save a lot of $$$ (or pay off your student loans).

 

About Us:

We manage approximately 1,000 units, most of them are recently renovated. We purchase and renovate apartment buildings, lease them up and then provide on-going, high quality management. Our primary objective in property management is to keep our tenants, vendors and property owners happy and our buildings in excellent condition.

 

The Job:

  • Lease Up (promoting the property, meet/greet and guide unit tours to prospective residents, maintaining high occupancy level)

  • Tenant Relations (handling move ins/outs, answering high volume calls/emails, assisting with tech issues such as tenants making payments or signing docs online)

  • Overseeing Maintenance (assigning work orders, coordinating complex tenant/vendor scheduling, ensuring tenant issues are resolved quickly, cost-effectively and satisfactorily)

  • Building Stewardship (long-term maintenance plans, regular property and unit inspections, budget review, etc)

 

Must haves:

  • Great people skills. You need to be patient and kind, while still able to hold a firm line and ensure the tenant and vendors feel satisfied

  • Crazy attention to detail, things can’t slip through the cracks. The rare ability to juggle a high volume of tasks AND assert order. Good time-management is crucial

  • Good computer skills. You need to know G Suite and be able to learn AppFolio if not already familiar

  • Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and around the building

  • Leasing or lease up experience, including processing applications, drafting leases and managing the move in process

  • Working vehicle, insurance and license. You will need to visit some properties regularly (mileage is reimbursed)

 

Compensation:

  • $34/hour, full time position

  • Leasing Bonuses

  • Rent discount for 6 months ($1,000/mth for a Junior 1 Bed or a Studio apartment)

  • Insurance benefits available after short probationary period

  • Accruable PTO

  • Good holiday schedule

  • Additional bonuses for great performance
