Cartera Commerce is based in Lexington, Massachusetts.About the position:We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive revenue by optimizing merchant partnerships across our network of loyalty shopping programs. This is a consultative sales role responsible for meeting both internal and external objectives through negotiating paid media placements and commission increases.Responsibilities: Build, maintain and optimize existing affiliate merchant partnershipsNegotiate paid media and commission increases with merchants across our client programs to meet and exceed revenue targetsManage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, pitch and closeAnalyze merchant performance and provide recommendations for optimizationHold regular check-ins and business reviews with strategic partnersMonitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential new revenue opportunitiesWork with internal teams to ensure merchants, agencies and affiliate networks are delivering accurate and timely informationQualifications:Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to multi-task and work under pressureStrong analytical skillsCreative and innovative problem-solving skills - dissect and determine root causes of problems and propose solutionsProfessional, bright, and customer-focusedSense of humor and a great attitudePrevious experience working in the affiliate marketing industry is a plusMinimum Requirements:5 - 8 years relevant work experience in online marketing/retail/e-commerceBachelor's degreeAt Cartera Commerce, our employees are our most valuable assets - they are Cartera.
