Accurately attach legal documents to member accounts in the health plan's database. Create and maintain detailed records of legal documentation and associated member accounts. Coordinate with our medical center to send and receive copies of legal documents. Ensure that all legal documentation processes comply with healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external parties to facilitate smooth document processing. Provide support and guidance to members and their representatives regarding the documentation process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Legal Studies, or related field. Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirement. Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, legal document handling, or a related field. Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations, particularly those relating to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
