Based at our Capenhurst you’ll manage delivery by developing and implementing the Site Service model for the Information Management System portfolio in a safe, compliant, and reliable manner—across Enrichment, Chemical Processing, Decommissioning & Waste and Site Services. The Capenhurst Information Management Manager will be accountable for providing Archiving, Electronic Document Records Management, and Document Control Information Management services that support the efficient and effective operation of the Capenhurst site as a whole; operational business units; and other activities that are conducted on site. Ensure safe and compliant delivery of the Site Information Management Services. Develop an aligned and integrated approach, framework and operating model (systems and arrangements) on how the Site Information Management Services are planned, prioritised, co-ordinated and delivered across the Capenhurst site. Define the requirement of the Training and Qualification Program as applicable to the Capenhurst Information Management System workforce (employees, agency workers, & contractors). Member of the Site Business Support Management Team and are expected to share ideas and improve the ways of working and the working environment. Defining KPIs and performance metrics both for delivery as well as system/process health across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) to inform data-based decision making. Accountable for the management and performance against the Site Business Support budget. Prepare, manage, and update all funding requests within the appropriate process (e.g. opex or capex). What will your day look like? Managing the Capenhurst Information Management System team, working in a matrix approach across the Capenhurst Site. Lead by providing clear direction and alignment to deliver against objectives to support operations and activities on site, ensuring the culture & behaviours within the team align with that of the wider Capenhurst to create an engaged workforce and an improved worker experience. Overseeing the development and maintenance of information systems in support of the Capenhurst Management system, this includes: Archiving. Document control. Digital records management. Driving site compliance with data protection regulations - ensuring the team and wider business compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Leading and driving efforts to enhance the efficiency and accessibility of digital archives - collaborating with IT and document control teams to implement and optimise information systems. Conducting regular assessments of document control and digital records management processes and producing compliance reports demonstrating adherence to data security and privacy standards. Collaborative working cross functionally across the wider team and various Business Centres/ Projects/Site Services to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable delivery of the Site Business Support objectives. What do you need to be great at this role? Qualified to Degree level and/or equivalent Leadership / Management experience. CIPP/E [Certified Information Privacy Professional / Europe] certification or equivalent understanding of European data protection regulations. Significant experience of managing information systems on a highly regulated site. Experience of document control systems, archiving and digital records standards. Comprehensive knowledge of EDRMS software and processes. Demonstrable experience as a Document Control Manager. Demonstrate experience of line management and successfully leading information management teams on large scale projects. Understanding of the Management systems and associated health, safety and environmental instructions and procedures.
