Vista Outdoor’s Revelyst business is seeking a dynamic Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our talented team. This role combines the responsibilities of a senior budget accountant with the analytical tasks of an FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) senior analyst. This highly visible role will be responsible for working closely with leadership and functional owners to deliver monthly G&A reviews, perform financial analysis in support of the budget, as well as assist in month and quarter end closing efforts. You will play a key part in ensuring Revelyst’s financial health by creating and managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and supporting the financial planning process. This position reports to the Sr Manager, Corporate FP&A and is based out of our Anoka offices. As the Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A, you will have an opportunity to: Work closely with leadership in the development and delivery of G&A monthly reviews and annual plan review presentations Support the company’s budget team to report financial results to management per required schedules Perform financial analysis to promptly identify any significant variances from the plan Provide key analysis of monthly performance and accurate monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts Provide training and consulting services to management personnel to support departmental financial accountabilities Establish strong working relationships with both upper management and peers Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed Support month end/quarter end close Support G&A related internal corporate and external audits Create and support an environment of financial control You have: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field Advanced proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Prior experience with ERP systems Strong background and understanding of GAAP Strong analytical skills and the ability to create financial presentations that are highly understandable to a wide audience Strong communication skills; capable of presenting complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format Familiarity with concepts, practices and procedures of financial planning & analysis Ability to organize and prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and projects and function effectively as a team member You might have: NetSuite Experience Preferred We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, tuition reimbursement, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission Join Us
