Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A - Global E2E Customer Experience

Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to become part of our finance team, specifically supporting the newly established Customer Success & Experience team. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and demonstrate a successful track record. This role demands outstanding data manipulation capabilities and the ability to collaborate across functions with the Data Science team and senior leadership to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. The position will report to the Manager of Global E2E FP&A.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Collaboration:
    • Partner with the Global E2E Customer Success Senior Director to devise and execute strategies that bolster customer success initiatives.
    • Engage closely with the Data Science team to collect, analyze, and interpret intricate datasets to provide actionable insights.
    • Develop and sustain financial models that facilitate business planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
  • Financial Evaluation:
    • Perform comprehensive financial analyses to pinpoint trends, variances, and opportunities for enhancement in customer experience metrics.
    • Prepare and deliver financial reports and dashboards to senior management, emphasizing key performance indicators and recommendations.
    • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and customer success goals.
    • Assess the financial implications of new initiatives, projects, and business proposals related to customer experience.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Champion continuous enhancement in financial processes and tools to boost efficiency and accuracy.
    • Create and maintain dashboards for various KPIs in a systematic and scalable manner.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for special projects as required.
  • Execute other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with a proven history of success.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in data manipulation and financial modeling utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and build robust relationships with various stakeholders, including Data Science and senior leadership.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to interpret and analyze financial data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset and readiness to take initiative, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in the healthcare industry and/or medical technology sector is advantageous.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
  • Analytical thinker capable of summarizing financial data into clear and concise recommendations for decision support.
  • Willingness to foster cross-functional collaboration and establish strong working relationships.
  • Exceptional MS Excel and financial modeling skills are essential.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Physical Requirements:
  • General office environment; may require prolonged periods of sitting.
NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements, requiring on-site work from an Insulet office at least once a week; remote work is permitted on other days.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 to $120,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
