Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A – Global Customer Experience

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Financial Analyst to support our newly established Customer Success & Experience team. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with a proven success record.
This role demands exceptional skills in data manipulation and the capability to collaborate effectively with the Data Science team and senior management to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. The position will report directly to the Manager of Global E2E FP&A.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Collaboration:
Partner with the Global E2E Customer Success Senior Director to formulate and execute strategies that bolster customer success initiatives.
Engage closely with the Data Science team to collect, analyze, and interpret intricate datasets, providing actionable insights.
Develop and sustain financial models that facilitate business planning, forecasting, and informed decision-making.
Financial Evaluation:
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to pinpoint trends, variances, and areas for enhancement in customer experience metrics.
Prepare and deliver financial reports and dashboards to senior management, emphasizing key performance indicators and strategic recommendations.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer success goals.
Assess the financial implications of new initiatives, projects, and proposals associated with customer experience.
Process Improvement:
Champion continuous enhancements in financial processes and tools to boost efficiency and accuracy.
Create and maintain dashboards for various KPIs in a systematic and scalable manner.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for special projects as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with a demonstrated history of success.
Essential Skills:
Proficient in data manipulation and financial modeling using tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the capacity to interpret and analyze financial data effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
A proactive mindset and readiness to take initiative, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Interest in the healthcare sector and/or medical technology is advantageous.Preferred Attributes:

NOTE:
This position offers hybrid working arrangements, requiring on-site work from an Insulet office at least once a week, with the possibility of remote work on other days.
