Position Overview
We are seeking innovative individuals who are committed to driving our success and their own. This role is crucial in enhancing our financial operations through advanced analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and refine our Freight reporting, analytics, and control mechanisms.
2. Generate comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to monitor and enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cash metrics.
3. Collaborate with the leadership team to facilitate and report on cost and cash productivity within the Distribution network, ensuring key performance metrics are achieved.
4. Spearhead the development of analytical tools and capabilities to elucidate the distribution cost structure, including variance analysis and productivity assessments.
5. Clearly communicate the factors influencing variance, such as volume, mix, inflation, and productivity.
6. Conduct variance analysis of cost center expenditures against budget, identifying trends and significant cost drivers.
7. Engage in cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving operational enhancements within the distribution network.
8. Execute month-end closing activities, including journal entries and data integration into reporting tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning, Operational Finance, or Corporate Finance is preferred, including internships and rotational programs.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain or Logistics is advantageous.
