What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire an Inbound Sales Representative to join our Small Fleet team, within our Comdata division. This position falls under our North American Trucking line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, qualifying the prospect and completing the sales cycle to finalize evaluation of that prospect, and completion of agreement. You will report directly to Manager of Small Fleet and regularly collaborate with North American Trucking inside sales team.How We WorkAs an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be expected to work in office location environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in office and home officeCompany-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Scheduling, allocating workloads, training, counseling, establishing goals and benchmarks, monitoring progress versus established goalsPerforming initial contact by email or phone to potential prospectsDeveloping inside sales selling techniquesInitiating and completing research on new prospects in specific vertical marketsObtaining complete and accurate customer contact information and other details as necessaryEntering all information in prospect databaseEvaluating prospects to determine their potentialCompleting presentation of appropriate program to potential prospectsCompleting sales process with potential prospects that includes: initial call qualification, close of sale, start up and account developmentPerforming other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager or Vice President of Inside SalesQualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred2+ years of proven sales successKnowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPointMust be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environmentExhibit professional skills and relate well with othersExcellent communication skills including verbal and written formIllustrate an outgoing personality and demonstrate personal confidenceCharacter makeup should be appropriate for sales position based on standard SPQ testMust be able to work on numerous projects at onceThis salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. An estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is 18.27/hour.
