Assist with Onboarding, New Hire orientation. Assist with Recruitment. Assist with Employee Recognition board and Incentive Programs. Translator (Spanish) Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Bilingual A MUST (Fluent in Spanish) Human Resource Experience, minimum 1-2 years Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Ability to operate general office equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to type 60 words a minute. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Ability to maintain confidential information. High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of administrative assistant experience preferred. Physical Requirements/Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is occasionally exposed to wet, warm, humid, and cold temperatures. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
