Your external customers are our clients, prospects and business community members. Your internal customers will be Principle Auto associates, our vendors and contractors. You'll provide value by treating all customers with the highest sense of integrity, honesty and respect.
Requirements
Responsibilities of the Billing Clerk:
•Prepares invoices and bills and compiles data for the dealerships.
•Completes all dealer trades.
•Prepares and files finalized deals.
•Follows-up on corrections needed for non-compliance.
•Prepares and files finalized deals.
•Handles invoicing for the purchase of new and used cars.
•Prepares loan payoffs on trade-in vehicles.
•Verify accuracy of multiple line items.
•Audits incoming deals per dealership.
•Posts deals into accounting system.
•Reconciles various General Ledger schedules.
•Communicates all issues with lead as they arise.
•Files documents as needed.
•Other duties as assigned.
