WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:
  • Manage accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, and check requests
  • Processes receipts, invoices, and time sheets, by verifying the accuracy of documentation and balances, compiling data, and preparing appropriate forms and reports
  • Reviews and follows up on monthly AR report
  • Process weekly check runs
  • Participate in AP month-end close to include such responsibilities as successfully meeting established deadlines
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
  • Experience with Quickbooks or Quickbooks Online
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum two years experience in Accounting, Billing or Receivables
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or other relevant area, or working towards

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
