The Accounts Receivable Clerk - Chargeback handles chargeback deductions within SAP.

Essential Job Functions:

* Processing chargeback deductions * Processing credit & debit memos within SAP * Researching deductions and analyzing claims back up * Validating claims against promotions * Researching and resolving pricing and/or quantity discrepancies * Communicate with sales force for problem resolution * File claim disputes and follow up on repayments * Document claims status * Data entry * Additional duties may be added as determined

Position Requirements:

* SAP experience preferred * Intermediate Excel * High school diploma is required * Some college education (especially accounting) preferred * Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in an efficient manner * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Good communicator, not afraid to ask questions, follow up and problem solve * Good verbal & written communication skills (Writing sample will be required) * Good documentation skills * Must be a team player and willing to assist other team members and various departments * Must be able to recognize and meet deadlines and volume goals (must be results oriented) * Ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize.

Base Pay: $21 per hour
