Job Function

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements Record journal entries and prepare supporting documentation Reconcile month end balances Ensure cash receipts are posted properly and timely Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure they are performed timely Monitor adherence to budgets Perform ad-hoc duties and analyses Track key debt agreement requirements and prepare covenant calculations Assist with various company-wide projects to streamline operations Maintain an organized and orderly filing system of all accounting documents Assist with the year-end audit process Assist with workpapers needed for tax filings Prepare information for fund quarterly reports

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field; CPA preferred but not required Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounting/finance sector (private or public accounting) Private equity/fund accounting experience a plus Strong working knowledge of Yardi Voyager accounting system a plus Savvy with technology and advanced proficiency with MS-Office products. Excellent verbal and written communication
