Blackstone Restaurant is a leading entity in the alternative asset management sector, dedicated to generating significant economic benefits and enduring value for our stakeholders, including investors, partner companies, and the communities we serve. Our extensive portfolio, which encompasses $1.1 trillion in assets, includes diverse investment vehicles across private equity, real estate, public debt and equity, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, opportunistic credit, real assets, and secondary funds on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the quarterly Net Asset Value (NAV) and portfolio reconciliation processes, ensuring discrepancies are thoroughly investigated and resolved in collaboration with internal operations teams.

• Prepare and review capital call and distribution allocations.

• Calculate management fees, distributions, waterfall allocations, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).

• Prepare and review expense allocations and payment processes.

• Monitor expenses and assist in budget preparation.

• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting standards.

• Maintain accurate records and reconcile loan investments and debt financing in internal systems.

• Prepare and review fund forecasts, performance estimates, attributions, and other ad-hoc analyses.

• Oversee calculations and manage wire payments for various revenue streams, including management and incentive fees.

• Review fund legal documentation and contribute to the development of processes and templates for new fund launches.

• Collaborate with Investment and Operations teams to enhance internal and investor reporting.

• Assist in the review of investor statements and quarterly investment communications.

• Maintain accounting-related data (capital, expenses, profit and loss) in internal systems.

• Coordinate with external auditors during the year-end audit process.

• Supervise and review the work of offshore teams and various administrators.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or private equity, with a preference for backgrounds in public accounting and asset management.

• CPA designation is preferred.

• Strong commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Excellent time management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Compensation:

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $140,000. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors, including individual experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
