Als Business Owner PIM ben je verantwoordelijk voor het managen en optimaliseren van alle product gerelateerde informatie waarmee je consistentie, accuraatheid en toegankelijkheid van product data tussen verschillende systemen waarborgt. Het gaat hier om een nieuwe functie binnen HBM waardoor veel eigen invulling mogelijk is. Je gaat een actieve bijdrage leveren aan de groei binnen Europa.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Business Owner PIM ben jij de energieke specialist die richting geeft aan onze data gedreven toekomst, waarbij je de kracht van informatie gebruikt om besluitvorming te stimuleren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op het creëren, implementeren en onderhouden van onze product datastrategie. HBM werkt sinds kort met het PIM systeem Akeneo en zit momenteel nog in de implementatie fase als onderdeel van het replatforming project. Je werkt nauw samen met cross-functionele belanghebbenden om inzichten te ontsluiten die de toekomst van HBM vormgeven.
Jouw werkzaamheden
Je bepaalt op basis van de klant- en bedrijfsbehoeften de PIM roadmap;
Je ontwikkelt en implementeert processen en workflows voor efficiënte gegevensinvoer, validatie en onderhoud om standaardwerk en kwaliteitsverbeteringen te ondersteunen;
Je optimaliseert de integratie van het PIM met het bestaande technologische ecosysteem (o.a. Commercetools, Algolia, Netsuite);
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van de productcatalogi zodat alle productgegevens up-to-date, nauwkeurig en volledig zijn;
Je bepaalt de taxonomie, hiërarchieën, attributen en gebruikersrechten van het systeem;
Je werkt nauw samen met assistant buyers, category managers, online merchandisers en IT-developers;
Je analyert de kwaliteit van productgegevens en stelt op basis hiervan prioriteiten binnen het continuous improvement proces;
Je draagt zorg voor training en ondersteuning van teamleden op het gebied van het systeem en -procedures;
Je volgt trends in de branche en best practices om de processen voor het beheer van productinformatie voortdurend te verbeteren.
Je hebt 2-3 jaar ervaring met productinformatie management in een soortgelijke functie bij een (r)etailer of groothandel;
Je hebt minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau;
Je bent bekend met PIM systemen, ervaring met Akeneo is een pre;
Je hebt ervaring met continue verbeterprocessen en projectmatig werken;
Je hebt sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden met het vermogen om de hoofdoorzaak te analyseren, oplossingen te vinden en processen eenvoudig te maken;
Je bent in staat mensen te trainen in het gebruik van het systeem.

HBM Machines is meer dan 50 jaar geleden gestart als familiebedrijf. Wat ooit begon als gereedschapswinkel in Gouda, is inmiddels uitgegroeid tot één van de bekendste leveranciers van machines, gereedschap en toebehoren.
