Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field required. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a purchasing function (procurement, sourcing, category management, etc.). Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost reduction targets. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement BI dashboards preferred. Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.

Responsibilities: Lead a team of Buyers and Senior Buyers in strategic and tactical procurement activities. Manage key supplier relationships and support the implementation of global supply programs. Collaborate with customers on complex supplier programs, including price and supply negotiations. Set goals for the procurement team and ensure execution of daily, weekly, and monthly activities. Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers. Define and monitor inventory targets for procured items. Proactively report shortages and escalate production problems to ensure timely delivery. Champion supplier scorecard and risk management processes. Participate in corporate sourcing initiatives and lead program implementation at the site level. Collaborate with internal customers to execute projects aligned with global supply chain initiatives. Lead multi-functional teams to drive process improvements and system solutions. Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO regulations, and quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
