Job Description:- Design both print and digital communications for defined clients (postcards, brochures, newsletters, posters, guides, emails, banners, etc.), adhering to the clients brand, look and feel.
- Partner with fellow designers to plan, analyze, organize, and execute assigned projects.
- Applies significant expertise in defined communications to create, edit, print and/or deliver client communication materials.
- Provides extensive support during Annual Enrollment, including managing multiple rounds of edits/review submission.
- Review marked up PDFs and make content corrections to previously designed pieces.
- Work efficiently through tight time frames and with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage the preflight of final design files as requested.
- Build and maintain relationships with Designers, Project, Production, and Account Managers.
- Attend internal project and weekly Production and Design meetings.
- Utilize job tracking system and adhere to workflow processes.
