Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily functions of the Endoscopy department, ensuring effective and efficient patient care delivery.
2. Uphold and promote high standards of clinical practice and quality outcomes, focusing on minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures.
3. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of nursing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
4. Oversee human resources within the department, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff development.
5. Contribute to the financial growth and management of the department through strategic planning and resource allocation.
6. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage complex cases related to gastrointestinal disorders and other relevant conditions.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and efficient environment for both patients and staff.
Qualifications:
1. Valid nursing license and BLS certification required.
2. Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
