Our client, a B2B SaaS company in NYC, is looking for a Community Manager for a 3-6 month contract with a robust background in social media management, specifically Reddit and LinkedIn. As a Community Manager, you'll be the voice of our brand across various social media platforms, engaging with their audience, fostering meaningful discussions, and amplifying their presence. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content, scheduling posts strategically, and ensuring their community remains vibrant and engaged. If you're passionate about building online communities, driving engagement, and leveraging social media to connect with audiences, we'd love to hear from you. This position will be remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor social media platforms, including Reddit and LinkedIn, for mentions, comments, and messages.
  • Craft engaging and relevant social media posts tailored to each platform's audience and tone.
  • Schedule posts using social media management tools such as Zoho Social, ensuring consistent and strategic content delivery.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster relationships with subject matter experts within the organization to gather accurate information and responses to community inquiries.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media management.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on Reddit and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Zoho Social, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc. is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to various audiences and platforms.
  • Proven ability to engage and build communities across social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in scheduling and managing content calendars.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
  • Passion for staying updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
