The Digital Retail Associate Manager Jimmy John's will support the definition and delivery of the overall digital merchandising strategy across Jimmy John's digital channels, partnering with other critical, supporting functions to ensure internal alignment. In this role you will work cross-functionally with our digital product teams, UX, analytics, and brand partners to help deliver the digital merchandising strategy to our web & mobile app, with the goal of growing product attach rates, digital conversion, and average check size through new product trials and support of digital promotions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support execution of JJ's merchandising strategy on web, app, and digital in-store touchpoints
- Create and submit briefs for digital channel creative and shepherd design work and feedback with agency or internal partners through build out
- Support campaign promotion launches by gathering assets and requirements, conducting creative reviews, and working cross-functionally to align the execution to the JJ's brand standards
- Collaborate closely with Digital Experience Performance team on SEO & website related traffic drivers
- Be the point of contact to Jimmy John's Guest Support team and manage intake of digital concerns
- Partner with the Digital Manager to drive constant improvement of the guest experience by extracting and solving for pain points in app review responses, customer service feedback, and surveys
- Develop monthly and weekly reporting for Digital Guest Experience and Brand teams
- Perform user acceptance testing prior to all digital deployments to ensure accuracy and provide the best possible experience for our digital guests

- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
- A passion to create frictionless experience for Jimmy John's digital customers
- Successful track record of developing promotion(s) and program executions for a retail or consumer brand
- A passion for marketing and engaging with consumers, creativity and excitement for developing new marketing campaigns and tactics.
- Understands the customer mindset and can translate that to effective marketing programs.
- Strong communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently within a team, and take on new work and expanded responsibility as needed.
- A go-getter positive attitude.
- Can forge appropriate external relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure an exceptional outcome on projects.
- Follow project schedules in a fast-paced and highly detailed environment.
- Interest in testing and learning to discover the most effective marketing programs that will reach a project's objectives.
