This position will be remote (home office) and must live in or near Nashville, TN with the ability to cover the surrounding territory. Responsibilities: Regional expert for Pilgrim's further processed products and plant capabilities. Deliver growth to region by managing allaspects of operator sales and sales segments including regional chains, key large leverage operators, convenience store chains and non-commercial Collaborate and coordinate withSr.Director of Sales and key Broker personnel, to achieve overall growth targets within region. Achieve budgeted sales objectives. Manage and maintain pipeline integrity within Pilgrim's CRM platform. Establish sales relationship withkey regional chains and c-stores in all relative markets. Work in tandem with broker partner on sales calls, but also have the ability to work solo to generate leads and sales opportunities. Negotiate program agreements(rebates / discounts)foroperators as necessary. Plan, schedule, develop, and execute sales trainings and new product introductions withbrokers and key operators.
