**Responsibilities:**

* Meets with and interviews potential and current clients to understand their lending needs including first-time mortgages and refinance of existing loans.

* Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business.

* Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters.

* Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements.

* Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines.

* Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline.

* Views or visits property for real estate purchase or refinance.

* Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them.

* Set proper expectations with clients and referral partners.

* Conduct yourself as a positive ambassador for Sprout Mortgage, LLC in all communications and actions, internally and externally.

**Requirements:**

* Must possess the following attributes: results oriented, problem solving/analysis, time management, communication proficiency, teamwork orientation, and integrity.

* Maintain an active license with NMLS

* Ability to run files through the proper internal system depending on loan product.

* Excellent customer/interpersonal service skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
