Key Responsibilities
  • Assist loan officers in completing loan applications, preparing loans for automated approval/underwriting, and submitting them to processing.
  • Work closely with loan officers, builder sales representatives, and new home purchasers to ensure a smooth purchase transaction.
  • Elicit, interpret, analyze, and evaluate information relative to underwriting guidelines and requirements.
  • Prequalify potential borrowers as needed and maintain an active NMLS Loan Originator License.
Requirements
  • Some college preferred, and at least three (2) years of current experience in a purchase-focused mortgage origination role.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
