As a key member of the M/I Financial, LLC team, you will assist loan officers in completing loan applications, preparing loans for automated approval/underwriting, and submitting them to processing.
Key Responsibilities- Assist loan officers in completing FHA, VA, and Conventional loan applications
- Prepare loans for automated approval/underwriting and submission to processing
- Work closely with loan officers, builder sales representatives, and new home purchasers to ensure a smooth purchase transaction
- Elicit, interpret, analyze, and evaluate information relative to underwriting guidelines and requirements
- Prequalify potential borrowers as needed
- Some college preferred, and at least three (2) years of current experience in a purchase-focused mortgage origination role
- Bilingual preferred but not required
