The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, monthly and annual subscription billing, processing payments, creating sales quotes, monitoring open sales orders, managing contract details and supporting the Sales, Support, Operations and General Manager. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the accurate and timely billing of all subscriptions and services PreCise MRM provides to end users. This role requires that the successful candidate is able to effectively and professionally communicate via phone and email directly with PreCise’s customers regarding quotes, sales orders and invoices. This role requires collaborating extensively with the Sales Team, Support Team, Operations Team and General Manager/Product Manager. PreCise MRM provides fleet management solutions, utilizing the latest in mobile and GPS technology to improve productivity and cost effectiveness to the on-off highway market. The solution is a combination of ruggedized hardware and web-based software designed to dramatically improve the visibility and control over mobile resources. From basic location and speed information to complex data coming from intelligent onboard devices, PreCise MRM products capture, store, and transmit data to a user-friendly interface, viewable from anywhere in the world via a secure internet connection. Review and accurately enter all monthly and annual subscription fees and service charges for all PreCise products and solutions. Assisting the Sales team with the creation of quotes, sales orders and invoices. Responding directly to customer requests regarding quotes, orders, invoices and payments. Review, understand and assist in managing the details of customer contracts in regard to quantity of billable units, type of units, timing and pricing. Respond to overflow customer inquiries regarding common product lines, current orders, order escalation, and part availability. Administrative support including correspondence of email, fax, and providing return authorizations. May handle advanced or complex customer service issues as they arise. Maintain a minimum profit margin. Complete component pricing and availability inquiries. Assist inside sales and outside sales team for research work, small projects and pricing. Partner with Outside sales team to coordinate customer service needs for dedicated customer base. Works collaboratively, and always in the best interest of PreCise MRM to support customer needs. Works collaboratively with the General Manager to support company culture within the team, plan and execute team building activities and plan annual events. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant customer service-related work experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills (written and verbal). Must be detail oriented and able to accurately and efficiently complete repetitive tasks. Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize to meet the expectations of the customer. Proficient use of Microsoft Office products.
